Rather, we allow our experienced technicians adequate time in a pressure-free environment to find and fix the problem with your car. Also, we test drive every vehicle and take a second look at it before it leaves our shop. All of our technicians have more than 15 years of experience in repairing heating/air conditioning systems, brakes, engines, electrical elements, transmissions, suspension systems, check engine lights and radiators, among other things. We’ve never failed at that, and if an issue ever does arise, we back our work with a 12-month/12,000-mile nationwide warranty through the FMP network. We also offer several customer conveniences that may be helpful to you. These include before- and after-hours drop-off/pick-up, electronic (text or email) status updates on your car’s progress, text e-signature authorizations and financing options.
